- Forming & Feeding: Optimized positive-pressure forming process (filtered and decompressed compressed air) ensures fast and uniform blister forming; special feeder realizes gentle and accurate feeding of capsules and tablets, avoiding product damage.

- Heat Sealing & Cutting: Flat-pressure heat-sealing design avoids wavy mesh defects; integrated die-cutting and waste collection system completes the packaging process in one go, improving production efficiency and product qualification rate.

1. Pinhole detection device: automatically detects pinholes on blister foils to ensure sealing quality;
