Haizhong Machinery Distributes Summer Care Packages to Employees

As temperatures rise and summer settles in, Zhejiang Haizhong Machinery Co., Ltd. took a moment to show appreciation for the people who keep our factory running every day. This week, the company distributed summer care packages to all employees across our Wenzhou-Ruian manufacturing facility — a small gesture to help everyone stay fresh, healthy, and comfortable during the hottest months of the year. Each care package included a full set of daily essentials: hand wash, shower gel, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrush, towel, underwear detergent, and floral water (a traditional summer essential for cooling and mosquito protection). The items were selected with both practicality and personal care in mind — things that every employee can use at home, not just at work.
The distribution took place during the lunch break, with employees collecting their packages individually. The atmosphere was light and cheerful. For many on the production floor, it was a welcome break from the summer heat — a moment of recognition that goes beyond the daily routine.
"Summer in Wenzhou-Ruian can be intense, and our workshop teams work hard regardless of the temperature. This is our way of saying thank you, and of reminding everyone to take care of themselves and their families," said a company representative.
At Haizhong Machinery, we believe that a company is built by its people. While our business is designing and manufacturing packaging machinery for clients around the world, our foundation is the team that welds, assembles, tests, and ships every machine that leaves our factory. The summer care distribution is one of several annual initiatives that reflect this commitment. From holiday gifts to the annual gala dinner held at a hotel, to Women's Day red envelopes on March 8th, to seasonal supplies in summer, we aim to create a workplace where every team member feels valued.
