Before a packaging machine is shipped to the customer, a proper factory test is an important part of our preparation process.
Sometimes customers cannot visit our factory in person for the machine acceptance test. In this case, we can still prepare the machine according to the agreed packaging requirements, conduct a complete trial run, and record the machine operation on video for the customer.
For this project, the customer selected a DZH-120 cartoning machine for PVC blister packs, with a feeding solution based on manual loading and multiple feeding channels.
Before the acceptance test begins, our team prepares the machine and the relevant packaging materials according to the customer's requirements.
The purpose is to make sure that the machine is tested under conditions as close as possible to the customer's actual production process.
For this project, the main packaging configuration includes:
The actual test configuration is adjusted according to the customer's product and packaging specifications.

For this project, the product feeding method is based on manual loading rather than a fully automatic product feeding system.
Operators place the PVC blister packs into the designated feeding channels, and the multiple-channel arrangement guides the products toward the cartoning section.
This solution can be useful when the product itself is not suitable for a complex automatic feeding system, or when the customer prefers a relatively simple feeding method while maintaining an automated cartoning process.
The multiple feeding channels also help organize the incoming blister packs before they enter the cartoning machine.
The DZH-120 cartoning machine is used to complete the automatic cartoning process after the blister packs are fed into the machine.
The general process includes:
Manual loading → Multiple feeding channels → Blister pack transfer → Carton opening → Product insertion → Carton closing → Finished carton output
The exact loading arrangement can be adjusted according to the number and arrangement of blister packs required in each carton.
This allows the cartoning machine to be configured around the customer's actual packaging requirements rather than using a fixed feeding solution for every project.
Since the customer is not able to come to our factory for this acceptance test, we prepare an acceptance test video showing the machine running with the customer's packaging materials and the agreed configuration.
The video allows the customer to see the actual machine operation, including the feeding process, product transfer, cartoning process, and finished carton output.
It also provides a visual record of the machine before shipment.
Even when the customer cannot visit the factory in person, we do not simply wait until the machine is ready for shipment.
We prepare the machine in advance and carry out the necessary trial runs before the customer receives the equipment.
During the test, we check the machine operation and observe whether the packaging process works properly with the specified materials and configuration.
This preparation also helps identify and address potential issues before the machine is packed and shipped.
For this project, the combination of manual loading, multiple feeding channels, PVC blister packs, and the DZH-120 cartoning machine provides a practical approach to blister packaging.
The solution combines manual product handling at the feeding stage with automatic cartoning at the packaging stage.
This type of configuration can be considered when customers need an automated cartoning process but do not necessarily require a fully automatic product feeding system.
The factory acceptance test is an important step between machine manufacturing and shipment.
Once the machine has been tested and the packaging process has been confirmed, we can proceed with the remaining preparation for delivery.
For customers who cannot visit our factory, an acceptance video provides a convenient way to review the actual machine operation before shipment.
Before the machine leaves our factory, we make sure it has been properly prepared, tested, and documented for the next stage of its journey.
