Haizhong Ships DZH-150 Cartoner to South Korea

Zhejiang Haizhong Machinery Co., Ltd. has successfully dispatched a fully automatic DZH-150 high-speed cartoning machine for export to South Korea, marking another significant step in the company’s expansion within the Asian packaging market. The DZH-150 is designed for versatility and efficiency, capable of handling a wide range of products—from pharmaceuticals and cosmetics to food items and electronics components—at speeds of up to 150 boxes per minute. Its modular structure allows quick changeover between different box sizes and styles, minimizing downtime and enhancing production flexibility. Equipped with a PLC-based control system and touch-screen HMI, the machine offers user-friendly operation and real-time monitoring, ensuring consistent performance and ease of maintenance.
This particular unit was customized to meet Korean safety regulations and industry standards, with enhanced compatibility for local packaging materials and labeling requirements. Prior to shipment, the machine underwent rigorous testing and trial runs under simulated production conditions to guarantee operational reliability.
Haizhong’s engineering and logistics teams collaborated closely to ensure timely and secure delivery. The machine was disassembled, carefully packaged in weatherproof and shock-absorbent materials, and loaded into a dedicated container. All electrical and precision components were specially protected to prevent damage during transit. Accompanying the shipment are comprehensive operation manuals, spare parts, and technical documentation provided in both Chinese and English.
The client, a leading Korean manufacturer of health products, selected Haizhong after thorough evaluation of several international suppliers.
