1. NJP1200 is a device that is suitable for small and medium scope production.
2. The fully enclosed patented technical rotary table has a one-way movement and good sealing performance for the upper and lower moulds, which solves the problems of mold removal and assembly difficuly.
3. The equipment adopts imported high precision cam, which has stable operation, high indexing precision, compact structure and low noise.
4. The operation electronic control system adopts PLC control. The main electrical components are selected from international famous brands such as (SIEMENS. OMRON, SCHNEDER), etc, and the perfommance is safe and reliable.
5. It has two functions for material filling: timing, quantitative and capacitive sensing.
6. Adopting the disc type metering device. three-dimensional adjustment uniform qap, reducing the phenomenon of powder leakage, and automatic vacuum cleaning function
7. It has a double feeding function and unique design principle for mixed filling of different drugs together such as (powder, granule, pellet, tablet).
8. We use cam dividing configuration of 100DS, and we are the first one in domestic market to use the 100DS. Although the production cost increases, we have significantly enhanced the device’s production efficiency and service life.
